Receive Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders of $150 or more! This will automatically be applied at checkout for qualifying orders, so you don't have to worry about a promo code. Please note that if you are using a promo code for an order, shipping charges will be calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount code is applied, and before any applicable sales taxes are applied.
For all orders under $150, a $10 flat shipping rate will be applied.
Shipping is available within the continental U.S. as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and times to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses will vary; please email: email@example.com for more information. At this time, we regrettably do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to overseas addresses.
Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.
Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. To send items to separate shipping addresses, please place the orders separately. Shipments of your items may arrive in multiple packages due to the fragile nature of the product.
Shipments will arrive via USPS Priority Mail. According to USPS, shipments within the continental U.S. should arrive in 2-3 days from ship date. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within 3 business days. For larger orders, we will contact you on the timing of the shipment.

We follow a thorough inspection process before we ship our products because we want to make sure that our Bloomerium fans receive the best possible products. With that said, we strongly encourage you to inspect your order carefully when you receive it.
In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Request for returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
